Hello! My name is Webb Henderson, and I’m a successful member of the eBay selling community. You’re probably wondering what this is all about, so here’s a quick bit of background on me and the history of this blog:
I started selling actively on eBay in the summer of 2011 when I saw an opportunity to make a few extra bucks online. What started as a small experiment quickly expanded into a “full-time” enterprise–Tim Ferris style. I’m working less and making more money than ever before, so I decided to create this blog as a guide for others who choose to make the same leap.
In the early days, every decision I made turned out to be the wrong one. I knew that the only way to scale up painlessly and efficiently was to learn everything I could about selling online (and quickly correcting my mistakes). So I started speaking regularly with other successful eBay sellers, became more active in the online community, and read every resource I could get my hands on. Along the way I’ve tweaked and enhanced my business practices accordingly, and it just keeps getting better and better.
I still learn many lessons the hard way…but that’s all part of the fun right? And that’s why I’m here to share it.
To sum it up, this site is meant to serve as a dedicated outlet, journal, and reference guide for my journey throughout the eBay selling experience. You’ll find tips, tricks, professional insight (and the occasional rant), and I hope to keep it entertaining along the way.
